Comfortable and elegant studio apartment, located in the historic centre of Seville.
Situated on the ground floor on calle Sol, in a recently constructed building.
Only 7 min walk from the commercial area of the centre and less than 15 min from the Cathedral and the monumental area.
The apartment is distributed so that two couples can stay here or a family with two children. There is a spacious bedroom with two individual beds, living and dining room with a double sofa bed, kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
The studio is perfectly equipped to make your stay really enjoyable. It has air conditioning with heating, hot water, satellite TV, and Internet Wifi 24h.
The kitchen has a refrigerator/freezer, washing machine, vitroceramics, oven, microwave with grill, and small electrical appliances such as coffee-maker, kettle, toaster, juicer and mixer. There is also kitchenware for four people staying in the apartment: dishes, cutlery, glassware,
saucepans and other kitchen utensils.
There is also a hairdryer and electric iron.
In the apartment you will find soap, toilet paper, bin bags, dishwasher detergent as well as laundry detergent for the first day of your stay.
